2. Eligibility
By using Omori Wifi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or of legal age in your country of residence, and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Orders and payments
3.1 Order Process
All orders are subject to confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- There is a pricing or listing error
- The order violates our usage policy
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other options shown during checkout. All payments are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include tax unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. After shipping, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds are only issued in cases of defects or delivery errors, and requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

We currently ship only within Japan.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Delivery may take longer based on your region and shipping method. Delays caused by weather, carriers, or other external factors are outside our control.
6. Returns and refunds
6.1 Return eligibility
If your item is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. For perishable items like meat (if sold), notify us within 24 hours.
6.2 Non-returnable items
Alcoholic beverages and perishable goods are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.
6.3 Refund Process
Once we validate the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
